Bluespan Inc. is a leader in the research and development of practical solutions

communications. Bluespan is comprised of a community of entrepreneurs

believe new technologies can be
developed and businesses created with a common
goal of creating a better and
safer world.
Bluespan's
mission is is to help
provide solutions to the age old
problems of missing people and lost
property, pets or other assets. Bluespan's
patented technology is already being
used to help monitor and locate
people and pets who sometimes get
lost or simply wander away.
Bluespan's management team consists
of two seasoned executives, Kiril Sokoloff, Chairman and Bruce Cummings, President. Kiril and Bruce each
have over two decades of senior
management experience at companies
ranging from start-ups to public
companies. Both also have
extensive experience in consumer
oriented companies where they have
learned that one of the primary
differentiators between successful
and unsuccessful companies is their
willingness to listen and respond to
customers.
Bluespan was founded in 2002 in
Austin, Texas. Bluespan is
privately funded. All of
Bluespan's investors meet the
accredited investor requirements of
the U.S. Securities and Exchange
